The life you desire is completely up to you. I know, but.... you're unlucky, you'll fail, you don't have enough time (or money for that matter), you're stuck. It's just your lot in life. Is it really or is that just the story you tell yourself?
For 12 years I have worked with women who want to get unstuck, who want to feel fulfilled, whole, and enough. And do you want to know what the trick is? I know what it is. I have seen your patterns over and over again. I have watched you get stuck in your head, thoughts that don't serve you, but seem impossible to free yourself from. So here's the secret. They had to change their story in order to change their lives. Period. It's as simple (in theory) as that. Your choice is to live a life of surviving, checking the boxes until bedtime, OR you can choose to show up for yourself. Either way work is involved and inevitable. The work is either to keep yourself stuck and miserable (yes, it takes a lot of effort to stay grumpy) or to make your life lighter, happier, and more fulfilling. If you're going to put the work in anyway, why not give yourself the chance to love your life and cut the suffering?

1. Create the visual- what do you want your life to look like? What is missing, what do you desire, what would an ideal life look like? Write it down, create a vision board, or make some notes on bringing this vision to life. Get as detailed as you can!
2. Take inventory of your life; write down the areas of your life that you're happy with and why, as well as the areas for growth or transformation. What is the state of affairs currently in your life? Let's find out what's already working and where to go from here.
3. Create an I Love My Life Actions List. That's right, sit down and create an exhaustive list of all the actions and behaviors you can engage in that might move the needle in the direction of your best life. Start by picking 1-2 off each week, experiment with them and see how you feel afterwards. I'll tell you this, taking action on creating a life you love will be something you never regret, and will always be something you're grateful for starting.
